Senior Management Accountant

Rovop, a leading provider of ROV services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team in Westhill. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of monthly management accounts and the accurate reporting of a portfolio of projects globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and report actual project P+L's
  • Lead the engagement with external auditors internationally to ensure timely completion of local entity accounts for the US and ME entities in the Group
  • Prepare branch accounts in KSA and Norway
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis monthly
  • Support the timely and efficient completion of the annual Group audit
  • Support the Group Tax Manager by preparing the monthly UK VAT return and quarterly returns in KSA and Australia
  • Prepare monthly intercompany recharges
  • Prepare 13 week cashflow forecast
  • Action ad hoc project specific compliance requirements identified as Rovop continues to undertake projects in new jurisdictions
  • Approval of bank payments in Bankline

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
