About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at TransUnion. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our data and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training and support to enable all members of the team in job delivery.
  2. Be a point of escalation for all complaints, queries, issues, and incidents working with stakeholders across the business as and when required.
  3. Fulfill quality control requests, ensuring the quality of output and the service we provide remains at the highest possible level.
  4. Have primary responsibility for onboarding new batch processes, coordinating handovers with the Data Science team, resolving loose ends and documenting.
  5. As and when required, aid the Data Processing Consultant with the process improvement initiatives and managing software releases. This includes testing and appraisal of new solutions, and preparations to train and share knowledge with all members of the team.
  6. Be a point of contact alongside the Lead for Business Continuity for all things Risk & Compliance.
  7. Produce and review written process documentation/knowledge base content, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and compliant to corporate and legal standards.

Requirements:

  1. Previous data analyst experience gained within a fast-paced organisation.
  2. An understanding of how to work with data in line with GDPR.
