About the Employment Lawyer Role:


We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-respected public sector organisation that boasts a culture of development and growth.


About the Job:


The successful Employment Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law. This will include dealing with matters such as TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and redundancy. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Employment Law and an ambition to deal with employment law matters within the public sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law
  • Dealing with matters including; TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, redundancy
  • Representing the organisation at employment tribunals
  • Liaising with internal and external clients

Requirements:
