Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled actuary to join our team as an Associate Director of Risk Management. As a key member of our Strategic Risk Consulting division, you will be responsible for providing actuarial model-based insurance optimization and captive optimization advice to corporate clients across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of outstanding client service and support for new and existing business across our range of actuarial services.
  • Manage complex actuarial projects, offering significant contribution to the development of new products, process improvement, and generating new revenue.
  • Represent WTW in client meetings and provide material contribution to the relationship with major clients.
  • Engage with client-facing colleagues to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor, and be a role model for associates.

Actuarial Services

We offer a range of actuarial services, including P&C Pricing and Optimization, Reserving, Capital Modelling, and Solvency II. As an Associate Director of Risk Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and producing actuarial reserving analysis for corporate clients and captive insurance clients, supporting annual reporting requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in actuarial science, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
