About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Basingstoke / Aldershot / Wokingham / Slough. As a Contracts Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including subsidence related repair works.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 plus vehicle, with additional benefits including a pension, company vehicle, private medical and life cover.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential/sub-structure subsidence related projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Deal with variations and changes to projects as they arise

Requirements

  • Experience in managing complex construction projects
  • Working knowledge of CDM and SMSTS
  • A building/technical related qualification such as an HNC or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
