About the Role

  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that operational resilience documentation aligns with governance and regulatory standards (FCA/PRA, DORA) by conducting thorough reviews and implementing necessary changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a coordinated approach to reporting and resilience management, fostering open communication and trust among team members.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on deliverables, risks, and issues, utilising tools such as ServiceNow (Operational Resilience module) and JIRA to streamline processes and facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Data Management: Support data mapping efforts to connect new and established sources to reporting systems, ensuring high-quality data is available for informed decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve resilience gaps, leveraging expertise to address emerging issues and mitigate potential risks.
  • Governance and Reporting: Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations for committees, take accurate meeting minutes, and contribute to the preparation of self-assessment reports, providing valuable insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • A background in governance, preferably within the UK financial sector, providing a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow (Operational Resilience module) and JIRA, with experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
  • A strong understanding of UK regulatory standards for operational resilience, DORA EU regulations, and business continuity principles, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive positive change.

What We Offer
