The Role

We're seeking a skilled Transaction Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Advisory team, you'll work closely with clients to deliver a wide range of services, from strategy to operations and improvement. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside our brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Transaction Services activities
  • Supervise and manage staff, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent client relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, directors, and partners
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to clients
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or relevant work experience
  • Previous staff supervision or management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation for Capital Markets transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to continuous development
