The Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Account Executive to provide front-line telephone and email support to our Fulfilment Clients. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and external clients to ensure smooth contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage live chat, respond to inbound queries, and escalate issues to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide high-level customer service, working to deadlines and SLA commitments.
  • Utilise MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage email and data effectively.
  • Travel to customer sites and other work locations in the Southeast of England as required.
