Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Chartered Landscape Architect to join their team of landscape architects, ecologists, and arboriculturists.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience (or be on the Pathway to Chartership) with proven project management and design skills. They should be proficient in software such as CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp, with LVIA experience being beneficial. A full right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence are also required.

This is a primarily home-based role, although work can be carried out from the office if preferred. Most projects are based in East Anglia.

The successful candidate will lead strategic and design projects from concept to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7), build relationships with clients, and work closely with planning authorities, ecologists, and arboriculturalists. They will also mentor junior team members, manage client relationships, and take an active role in the business's growth.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.
