The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build trust and rapport with our service user, who values kindness, patience, and understanding. They will be flexible, able to adapt to changing situations, and provide emotional support when needed.

The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, using their initiative and judgment to make decisions that support the service user's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Encourage social participation and engagement in activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with household tasks and meal preparation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Enhanced DBS check

What We Offer:
