We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our in-restaurant marketing and communications efforts.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, with a dotted line into the digital team, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the brand vision and strategic plan across all in-restaurant touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be accountable for elevating the brand and driving footfall and sales in line with key commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing the marketing plan, developing key in-restaurant visuals, overseeing the food photography shoots, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop permanent in-restaurant signage.

The role will also be responsible for managing relationships with partner agencies and suppliers, ensuring that all launches and campaigns are managed within budget, on time, and targeted to achieve measurable ROIs.

We are looking for a self-starting and driven individual with excellent communication skills, who can manage multiple projects and hold themselves and others to high execution standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the brand vision and strategic plan across all in-restaurant touchpoints
  • Manage the marketing plan, ensuring consistency of brand standards and alignment with key commercial objectives
  • Develop key in-restaurant visuals, including product launches and key events
  • Oversee the food photography shoots and rollout of key visuals across all channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop permanent in-restaurant signage
  • Manage relationships with partner agencies and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current marketing strategies and tactics, making recommendations for changes and improvements
  • Keep up to date with market and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider marketing team
  • Manage a direct report, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the team is performing at its best
