Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:

Mmc Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable employer in the construction industry. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor from either client-side background or a main contractor side.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and controlling construction costs, preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts, and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
