We are looking for an experienced Operational Trainer to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent care to our residents and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience of working in the healthcare sector. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, and be able to adapt your training style to meet the needs of different learners.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver induction and development training to staff across a range of homes and hospitals
  2. Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our residents and patients
  3. Work closely with our home managers to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business objectives
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs
Requirements
  • C&G 7300 (or equivalent)
  • Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience of working in the social care sector
  • Working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector
  • 2 years training experience
  • Full UK driving licence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
