We are seeking an exceptional Principal to lead our academy and drive academic excellence and inclusive education for all our pupils.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising and extending overall achievement for pupils and building a culture of sustained and focused collaboration that produces exceptional outcomes.

As a Principal, you will be part of a rare and exciting opportunity to work closely with the Local Authority and the Trust to develop a Resource Specialist Provision within the academy; the RSP will specialise in supporting children with complex communication and interaction needs and autism.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping abreast of educational development and best management practice in order to introduce appropriate innovation, building on the Trust's ethos and vision and its strong, proven approaches to curriculum and pedagogy.

The ideal candidate will be a teacher at heart, able to inspire others to learn and promote a broad and balanced curriculum that meets all children's needs.

Access to Teachers' Pension Scheme, regional networks of Trust colleagues, commitment to employee Health and Wellbeing, Awards and Recognition Scheme, and flexible working patterns are just some of the benefits of joining our team.

Broadening the horizons of young people by inspiring pupils to become their confident, academic best via an education that creates academically gifted, confident, well-rounded young people in the classroom, in the workplace, and in their communities, is our mission.
