We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Gynaecology, Hepatobiliary, Thoracic Surgery Unit at The London Clinic.



Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver high-quality holistic care to patients, promoting their individuality, privacy, and dignity.
  • Conduct and report patient observations, including vital signs and fluid balance.
  • Assist with patient hygiene, elimination, mobility, and physical comfort.
  • Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, patients, visitors, and other hospital departments.
  • Maintain ward cleanliness and adhere to The London Clinic’s policies on infection control.


Requirements


  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment.
  • NVQ in Care Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor, with the ability to cope with stressful and sensitive situations.
  • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and a flexible approach to working arrangements.
