Arcadis is seeking experienced Programme Directors to lead the delivery of a Nuclear New Build Programme in the Czech Republic.


We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals with a strong background in the Energy sector, specifically in Nuclear New Build, Waste, and Decommissioning projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage large multidisciplinary teams and mega projects with a focus on quality, safety, and delivery
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including the Owner, subcontractors, and other project team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:



  • University degree in a relevant discipline or proven relevant experience in the field
  • 15 years of experience within the Energy sector, with 5 years in Nuclear New Build, Waste, and Decommissioning
  • English language proficiency (C1 level written and spoken)
  • Exemplary interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale Nuclear New Build Programme in the Czech Republic. As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.


You will work closely with the Owner, subcontractors, and other project team members to coordinate project activities, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
