Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Support Specialist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Limited. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job DescriptionAs a Dental Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our dentists and patients. Your responsibilities will include working effectively in a team to support the dentists, supporting private and NHS dentistry, driving surgery efficiency, and helping practice performance goals.
You will also be responsible for understanding and demonstrating GDC and regulatory responsibilities, embracing ongoing CPD and professional development. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a tiered salary structure and practice bonus scheme. Your GDC registration and medical indemnity fees will be covered, and you will enjoy retail discounts and an extra day of annual leave for your birthday.
