Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Yard Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe loading and unloading of lorries, assisting with the collection of machinery, and maintaining the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe loading and unloading of lorries
  • Assisting with collection of machinery
  • Maintenance of yard machines
  • Keeping yard clean, clear, and operational
  • Routine cleaning of yard and facilities
  • Displaying new and used machines for sale
  • Some pre-delivery inspection work and routine service work
  • Monitoring and re-ordering of fuels
  • Labelling up and storage of control boxes and user manuals
  • Collection and sorting of recyclable waste

Requirements:

  • Experience with working in a yard environment
  • Full driving licence essential
  • Forklift licence would be beneficial

Salary and Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £30,000 with OTE depending upon experience, paid hourly
  • Holiday Package: 24 days + 8BH
