As the Head of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our dilapidations service line, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Work closely with top-tier investment, institutional, logistics, and retail clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the future of our business, driving growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in dilapidations, with a strong technical and commercial ability.
  • Previous team management and business development experience is ideal.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000.
