We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to partner with Burgh House in their search for an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to identify contractors, consultants, costings, and quotes for special infrastructure improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Premises inspection and oversight
  • Facilities management and maintenance
  • Fire safety

Applicants should have experience in operational management, preferably in a similar organisation or with transferable skills. A strong understanding of physical building infrastructure management is essential.

This role requires knowledge of Health and Safety, fire safety, security, emergency planning management, historic building conservation, and environmental sustainability.
