  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Service Users, staff, and external partners.
  • Ensure the participation and inclusion of Service Users in all aspects of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working within the care sector and/or with vulnerable groups.
  • Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve one.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and team working skills.
  • Positive role model, demonstrating best practice in maintaining high standards.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales and relevant training and qualification.
