Housing Management Associate - Salary up to £70,000 Depending on experience

The Role

This is an opportunity to join an international, award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Law Firm in South-West London as a Housing Management Associate.

The Housing Team

The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Associate to join its Housing Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners on significant housing management claims
  • Communicate with barristers and experts
  • Deliver top-notch service to clients

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor NQ-3 PQE with experience in a similar litigated housing management background
  • Experience in running a high quality litigation caseload
  • Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair is desirable
  • Excellent level of client care
  • High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically
  • Proficient IT skills
