We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Linux DevOps Engineer to join our team at Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Engineering: Design and implement automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline our infrastructure build processes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, EBS volumes, and AMIs.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo to automate our software deployment processes.
  • Linux Systems Administration: Provide Linux systems administration support, including user and group management, file system management, and security hardening.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, and provide technical support to our team.
Requirements:
  • Strong Experience with AWS: Must have hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, EBS, AMIs, and Auto Scaling.
  • Automation Experience: Must have experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Linux Systems Administration: Must have strong knowledge of Linux systems administration, including user and group management, file system management, and security hardening.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Must have experience with CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bash Scripting Experience: Experience with Bash scripting and automation.
  • Packer or Similar Products: Experience with Packer or similar products for image management.
  • Strong Background in Linux: Strong background in Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
