About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at our Bangor store. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews, identifying potential issues and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and the community.
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy team.
