Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and adherence to KPIs.
- Oversee and optimize maintenance management systems to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Drive improvements in a right-first-time environment for technicians and contractors.
- Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Manage and control approved budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Proven experience in team management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic abilities to lead the team and execute work plans.
- High capabilities of data analysis to identify and drive through process improvements.
- Strong technical knowledge within the chemical, process, petrochemical, or gas industry.
- Degree or qualified through significant engineering or business experience.
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus an 11% bonus.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, private medical insurance, life insurance, and a 12% pension scheme.
