About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fundraiser to join our team at Brain Tumour Support. As a Senior Fundraiser, you will play a key role in driving income growth and developing our fundraising strategy to meet ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive income growth from individual giving, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising.
  • Manage and motivate a team of fundraising staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community groups.
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including grants, events, and legacy giving.
  • Develop and implement effective stewardship and donor care strategies to ensure long-term support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative fundraising ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
