Breakdown Controller

As a Breakdown Controller, you will be responsible for taking customer calls and logging repair notifications. You will also allocate appropriate Field Service Engineer responses to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will support the supervision of all maintenance and repair activities, provide effective customer service, and build relationships with internal and external customers. You will action customer repair, maintenance, and breakdown requests in a timely and cost-effective manner. Furthermore, you will liaise with the UK service supervisor and Service Manager regarding any issues that may arise. You will also keep customers updated on reported job progress and deal with day-to-day queries from internal and external customers. You will ensure all jobs are entered onto the appropriate in-house computer system and reschedule jobs and resources according to emerging customer needs and resource availability. Finally, you will ensure all service records are received from the appropriate Field Service Engineer and passed to the technical team for assessment.
