     Key Responsibilities
     As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing, reviewing, and maintaining our quality management system, procedures, and associated documents. You will ensure that the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, environment protection, and consumer rights. Additionally, you will manage resources within the Quality Control department to improve standards and performance, establish and implement inspection and test plans, and perform statistical analysis of test results.

     Requirements
     To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or production management. Certification in quality assurance or compliance is advantageous. You should also have experience working with data analysis tools and statistical analysis, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, and knowledge of Q-Pulse and NWA Quality Analyst is desirable. Minimum three years of experience in a related role is essential.
