Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to spearhead the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation at EngineeringUK. This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance Data & Analytics capabilities, driving business growth and innovation.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the data analytics engineering team, designing and delivering high-performing solutions that meet business needs.
  • This role requires thought leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • You will work closely with counterparts across EngineeringUK to merge key timelines and activities related to data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree level or equivalent demonstrated through work experience. A Master's degree with a computing, scientific, statistical, or mathematical component is desirable.
  • Extensive experience working with data, data models, and data systems related to finance.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Design of solutions that subscribe to robust and agile technical frameworks and standards.
  • Passion for working creatively with interesting, innovative data.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new software and techniques.
