Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience Team at Enva England. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new relationships and developing commercial benefits from the on-demand PAYG customer segment for hazardous workshop waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and target specified geographic regions for proactive outbound calling
- Research and target specified customer sectors (typically workshop operations)
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects to target with support from the group marketing function
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of new business oil wins, volume, and value
- Deal with all inbound PAYG enquiries escalated from customer services and track via CRM to closure stage
- Meet weekly targets for conversion of inbound enquiries
- Utilising existing customer base to actively develop and promote a variety of waste service lines depending on seasonality, business demands and promotional offers
- Identify opportunities and initiatives to win back previous PAYG customers that have lapsed
- Advise customers on correct segregation and compliance best practise with the hazardous waste regulations to improve inbound waste material and increase spend
- Administrate setting up of new customers and place orders accordingly
- Achieve weekly group KPI targets and comment / submit reports on the development of these vs budget
- Work alongside Group marketing to design supportive media and collateral to support ongoing promotions or initiatives
- Track and analyse data to make recommendations for future sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven sales background
- Experience of working within a target driven environment and an understanding of CRM would be beneficial
- A pro-active ability to independently develop new business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Excellent numerical skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
- Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
