We are seeking a skilled and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd in the Chester area.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work in a primary school setting, providing support to teachers and students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, fostering positive relationships with parents and colleagues, and observing and assessing children's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide care and supervision for children across primary age groups
  2. Create a secure and supportive learning environment
  3. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members
  4. Monitor and record children's attendance, behavior, and development
  5. Support teachers in delivering and implementing educational activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear DBS check
