Safety and Compliance Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Compliance Advisor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) function and ensuring compliance with environmental laws.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct site audits and safety talks to ensure a safe working environment
* Develop and implement EHS programs and policies
* Provide safety training to new staff and site teams
* Collaborate with the operations manager to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements:**

* NEBOSH diploma or working towards
* Driving License
