Job Overview
Fresh Start Recruitment (UK) Ltd is seeking a skilled FLT Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.56-£14.44, depending on shift allocation. In addition, you will have access to comprehensive training programs, opportunities for career progression, 25 days' holiday, and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include operating FLT equipment to move goods around the warehouse, stacking pallets, ensuring load security, and completing paperwork. You will also be responsible for scanning pallets, reporting any equipment issues, and assisting with loading activities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must hold an up-to-date FLT licence and possess excellent communication skills. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
