Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our intake planning team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing intake forecasts versus target and capacity globally, leading the intake planning team to deliver accurate, timely visibility on inbound volumes, and managing processes to prioritise critical product into the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake forecasts versus target and capacity globally
  • Lead the intake planning team to deliver accurate, timely visibility on inbound volumes
  • Manage processes to prioritise critical product into the business
  • Stakeholder management across commercial and supply chain
  • Drive forward the development and implementation of the new inbound management system

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in intake planning
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to prioritise based on a good understanding of Commercial activities
  • An approachable and flexible working style
