This is a key role within Tudor Surgery, where we are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the practice appointment system, processing requests for appointments, and handling incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

As a Front Desk Administrator, you will work closely with our clinical staff to navigate patients to the correct service, initiate contact with patients and external agencies, and input data into patient records as necessary. You will also provide cover for our Secretary on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as during periods of annual leave and sickness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using IT systems, including EMIS web. A strong understanding of the NHS and its policies is also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our team.
