Job Title: Site Engineer - Residential Groundworks

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team as a Site Engineer - Residential Groundworks. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in site engineering, with a strong background in setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure on developments outside the M25
  • Working closely with foremen to keep works progressing, providing setting out information, carrying out daily checks, and keeping records up to date
  • Using robotic Leica equipment and AutoCAD skills to ensure accurate and efficient setting out
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in site engineering, with a strong background in setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure
  • Recognised qualification in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying, or considerable practical skills in setting out for residential groundworks
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • CSCS certification and a valid driving licence
