Factory Worker

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team at our Lincoln House Factory. This role offers an opportunity to start a rewarding career with DFS, where you will learn the factory processes and the materials needed to manufacture high-quality furniture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials and products are available throughout the factory, which will involve manual lifting and require stamina. As you become proficient in your role, you can choose to develop specialized skills such as upholstery or sewing, providing excellent opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

No prior experience is necessary; only a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
