Key Responsibilities

  • Single assets and portfolio transactions support

Requirements
  • MRICS qualification
  • Practical understanding of commercial property and valuations (particularly discounted cashflows)
  • Financial modelling skills and experience with Microsoft Excel are essential, knowledge of Argus Enterprise desirable
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have strong attention to detail
  • Must have a strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
  • Must be customer-service driven with excellent inter-personal skills
