We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a Level 4 qualification to join our specialist unit in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the SEN Teacher, helping to deliver tailored learning for children across Key Stage 1 and 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support, adapting resources and strategies to suit different learning styles and needs.

  • Collaborate with the SEN Teacher and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to supporting children with SEN.
