Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Finance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including:

  • Fund formation and structuring
  • Investment agreements and side letters
  • Secondary market transactions
  • Co-investment arrangements
  • Debt financing
  • Regulatory compliance

You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on fund formation and structuring, investment agreements, and secondary market transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts
  • Conduct research and analysis on regulatory compliance and industry trends
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies
Requirements
  • Strong academic record and 1-5 years of experience in a leading law firm's funds finance practice
  • In-depth knowledge of fund structures, investment vehicles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
