Carpenter / Joiner - Social Housing Repair Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services, providing integrated asset management for housing associations and local authorities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery.
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
- Participate on the on-call rota, providing a high level of service to our customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You will be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
Requirements
- Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
