About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage stock levels, health and safety, and store marketing
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management and promotions
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives
