Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Petersfield. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting colleagues to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Standards
    • Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
    • Ensure all areas of the store are tidy and inviting for customers.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support each other in delivering excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till.

Working Hours

This is a part-time role, working a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Location

This role is based in our Petersfield store, located in the heart of the town.
