With an impressive track record of growth and success, they are seeking an experienced professional to lead their commercial team on a major new build project in Brighton.
About the Company:
Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing Main Contractors, with a turnover of £500m per year. They have achieved remarkable profit margins while expanding their operations across the UK, with multiple live projects valued between £15m and £200m.
The Opportunity:
This Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of a £20m new build project in Brighton. You will work closely with the commercial director and project team to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including CVRs and cash flow valuations
- Ensure accurate financial management and accounting for all project costs and revenues
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in a main contractor environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
