Senior Audiologist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audiologist to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive adult audiology services, including diagnostic assessment, speech testing, and rehabilitation.

Main Duties

The post holder will be responsible for providing direct hearing management of the adult population, including diagnostic assessment, speech testing, and rehabilitation. They will also be expected to provide leadership to junior staff, including regular 1:1 meetings, clinical supervision, and appraisals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult audiology services, including diagnostic assessment, speech testing, and rehabilitation.
• Lead and manage a team of junior staff, including clinical supervision and appraisals.
• Take an active role in clinical audit, research, and clinical governance of the Audiology service.
• Design and lead audits within the service and participate in data collections for larger projects.

Essential

• BSc in Audiology
• Registered with either RCCP or HCPC

Desirable

• MSC in Audiology
• BAA Higher training scheme
