About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to work closely with business development, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure customer success from initial interest to live operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding software product functionality and translating UI to backend, applying system configuration principles using aviation, product, and customer knowledge, managing customer requirements and presenting opportunities within product scope, and working with integration or implementations of Cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate software product functionality into actionable insights for customers
  • Apply system configuration principles to meet customer needs
  • Manage customer requirements and present opportunities within product scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

  • Aviation Operations experience, specifically Flight Scheduling or Ground Operations
  • Complex software platform experience with client-tailored solutions

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in our Farnborough HQ and 2 days WFH.
