Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Partner to lead our Private Client department across four offices in Gloucestershire. This role offers a unique opportunity to unite the department and expand the commercial aims of the firm with leads, new business, and optimization between teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with experience in wills, estates, and probates. They will be responsible for managing a full caseload of excellent work, with the opportunity to progress to Head of Department and lead a new department under their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of private client work, including wills, estates, and probates
- Lead the Private Client department across four offices in Gloucestershire
- Expand the commercial aims of the firm with leads, new business, and optimization between teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client care and communication
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
