Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Centre Administrator to join our team at Acorn Training. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the reception area, including welcoming visitors and updating sign-in sheets
- Process company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and packages
- Accurately process travel and participant expenses
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage centre rooms
- Oversee catering during company events and accurately record expenses
- Perform data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Communicate with staff for course referrals and enrolments
- Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts
- Act as Fire Warden and First Aid responder, with training provided
- Support the team to achieve their objectives in a busy office
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics A-C/9-4 (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 in customer service (desirable)
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration (desirable)
- IT qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in a public-facing role (essential)
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential)
