About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to help us continue to grow and expand our business. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and candidates, and negotiate agreements.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top talent for our clients, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Management: Work with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
