We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, a leading residential groundworks specialist in the UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in strengthening their team and contributing to the company's continued success.

Our client is a highly successful residential groundworks specialist with a group turnover of over £150 million and a regional turnover of £30 million+. They are a dynamic and growing company that offers a unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own projects in a region that could be anywhere in South or West Yorkshire, but always within an hour of Sheffield.
  • Be responsible for your own diary and trusted to bring in the required results without heavy-handed management.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
